Ample Electric served as the Prime Contractor under a design-build delivery model for the reconstruction of an attendant entrance building that was destroyed during the LNU Fire events.
The project scope included full site redevelopment to accommodate a new modular building. Ample Electric performed grading operations to re-establish and level the existing site conditions, ensuring proper elevation and drainage for the new installation.
Utility infrastructure was reconfigured to support the new facility, including modifications and reconnections to existing water and sewer systems. This work ensured seamless integration with existing services while meeting current code and operational requirements.
Ample Electric also completed the installation of new structural foundations, along with associated flatwork including sidewalks and curbs, to support and provide access to the modular entrance building.
Through its design-build approach, Ample Electric coordinated all aspects of design, site preparation, and construction, delivering a fully functional and code-compliant facility to replace critical infrastructure lost in the wildfire.
